Please read these terms carefully before confirming your Sri Lanka tour booking. They outline our mutual commitments, cancellation terms, and safety standards.

Booking & Contract Formation
By requesting a customized tour itinerary or booking a pre-designed package with Lankan Traveller, you agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all travelers listed in your party. A booking is considered confirmed once we receive your written confirmation and initial booking deposit.
Pricing & Currency
All quotes are provided in US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), or Australian Dollars (AUD) based on your country preference. Quotes remain valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.
What is typically included:
- Dedicated private air-conditioned vehicle throughout the tour.
- Services of an English-speaking licensed chauffeur tourist guide.
- Fuel, parking fees, highway expressway tolls, and driver accommodation/meals.
- Selected hotel accommodations and meal plans (if included in your package quote).
- Airport pickup (CMB) and drop-off.
Payments & Deposits
- Initial Deposit: A deposit of 20% to 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure hotels, vehicle allocation, and driver reservation.
- Final Balance: The remaining balance can be settled upon airport arrival in Sri Lanka (in cash USD/EUR/GBP or major credit cards) or via secure bank transfer 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation terms are fair and transparent:

Travel Insurance & Health
All clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive international travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, luggage loss, and adventure activities (such as white water rafting or wildlife safaris) prior to embarking on their journey to Sri Lanka.
Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Lankan Traveller acts as an authorized travel organizer and shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including adverse weather, flight disruptions, natural disasters, or government travel restrictions. We will always assist in arranging alternative routes or accommodations seamlessly.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
