Most foreign travelers require an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) before entering Sri Lanka. You can easily obtain this online prior to travel. The tourist visa typically grants 30 or 60 days stay. Ensure your passport has at least 6 months validity from your arrival date.

After collecting your luggage and clearing customs at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), proceed into the arrivals hall. Your chauffeur guide will be standing by with a prominent name sign bearing your name. We track your flight live to accommodate early arrivals or delays.
While tipping is discretionary, it is a customary gesture in Sri Lanka for good service. For a private chauffeur guide who attends to you throughout the day, a tip of $10 to $20 USD per day from the group is customary. For hotel bellhops or safari jeep drivers, 500 to 1,000 LKR ($2 - $4 USD) is typical.
